Develops information systems and analyses environmental data. He specialises in environmental monitoring, emissions inventories, indicators and assessing the effects of war on the environment.
More about their experience
His experience includes work with Zoï Environment Network, Kyiv School of Economics, UNECE and the European Environment Agency, as well as OSCE projects. He works with database design, environmental monitoring and software development in PHP and C++.

Designs GIS applications and spatial databases. He has worked on environmental platforms, electricity network systems and integration with enterprise software.
Over 20 years in GIS and software development.

His work includes GIS development for Ecodozor and energy infrastructure, using PostgreSQL/PostGIS, GeoServer, ArcGIS and QGIS. He has integrated GIS with SAP, billing systems, SCADA and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
